Restaurateur Chef Wei and Ivy, immigrated to the United States from Hong Kong. Chef Wei loved cooking at a young age, dreamed of becoming a Chef and gained much experience in Hong Kong before immigrating to the United States. Chef Wei has more than 25 years experience in food industry, had worked with Mr. Fai Wan ( the original founder) and brother Peter Wan before becoming Fai’s Authentic Chinese Cuisine new owner in 2006.
Fai’s Authentic Chinese Cuisine is best known for its Wonton Soup, Fried Calamari, Pan Fried Dumpling, Bang Bang Shrimp, Grand Marnier Shrimp, Soft Shell Crab, Grouper in Black Pepper, Pad Thai, spicy General T’so Chicken and much more. Children Menus, Lite Menus, Low Sodium and dietary options, are all available. If you have a favorite dish you don’t see, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate you. If you have a food allergy, please let us know before ordering. You ‘ll be welcomed by our 125 gallon beautiful tropical fish tank, while you are enjoying your dinner or ordering take-out.
